"We arrived at the Pink carpark and parked our car. My partner realised she had left he phone in the car, thankfully before we had left the carpark. The bus drive was extremely helpful and waited while I ran back to the car to get the phone. Cannot fault the service there thankyou Mr bus driver, apologies for the few minutes waiting to the other passengers on the bus. After our holiday we returned to the carpark on the courtesy bus, but there were a few niggling problems. The email said bus stop number 2, we could not find this as there are some improvements going on. Although thankfully the bus was clearly marked long term car park. As we tried to leave the carpark I noted the camera/s I assumed were for reading the car number plates so I inserted my ticket. The machine informed me I owed more than £300. I pressed the "assistance" button and spoke to someone who took my details, got my name wrong and eventually was able to raise the barrier. We got out ok but the ticket issue leaving the car park spoiled what had otherwise been a more than satisfactory parking experience, not helped by the fact the it was raining, a lot. A bit more information in the parking confirmation email would alleviate these minor issues, setting expectation levels of the customer. Overall though, no real problems."
