Airparks parking at Luton Airport operate their popular brand Airparks Drop & Go.
Transfers take around 12 - 14 minutes and run every 20 minutes.
Upon Your Arrival
Drive to the car park and park up in one of the numbered arrival lanes.
Make a note of the lane number, unload your bags and head into the check-in building. Check yourself in using one of the self service machines.
You will be issued with a collection ticket and key tag.
Attach the key tag to your keys and drop them into the blue box to the right of the building in the slot which corresponds to your lane number.
Then, simply catch the shuttle bus to the terminal building.
Upon Your Return
Catch a free transfer shuttle from the terminal back to Airparks.
Come out of the arrivals hall, turn left past the Departures hall and taxi ranks then cross the road and wait at bus stop 12.
When you get to the car park, head for the check-out building.
Scan the bar code on your collection ticket and a map of the car park will come up showing where your car is. Your keys will be returned to you at this point. Simply go to your car and make your way home from there.
Car Park Restrictions
Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long.
The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions.
Well located for the Terminal
Whoever parked my car felt they needed to adjust the seat (for a journey of less than 100 yards) and, worse, change the heater settings. Why?? That's just annoying!
